We stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our fulfillment process, refunds or replacements are only issued in cases where the issue is caused by us.
Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements may be approved only if one of the following applies:

In such cases, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence so we can verify the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

Incorrect expectations not related to product defects

Issues caused by misuse or improper handling
Due to high international shipping and handling costs, we do not accept physical returns.

If an order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

Refunds are only processed when the issue is verified and determined to be our responsibility.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or card provider.
